Sydney Vine, M.S.: Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT)
Sydney believes in approaching therapy with a warm, collaborative style grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She integrates practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with humanistic and psychodynamic perspectives, including an emphasis on attachment. By exploring both present patterns and the deeper experiences that shape them, she helps clients build insight and strengthen coping skills. Her work is tailored to each individual, honoring their unique background, relationships, and personal goals.

> A Note From Sydney
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person brings their own history, culture, identities, and lived experiences into the room, and I see those as essential parts of our work together. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring both the strengths and the challenges that have shaped you. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable or uncertain, and choosing to start is a meaningful step. I believe that a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of good therapy. My hope is that we can build that together and create a space where you feel supported and understood.

I came to this work because I believe healing happens in relationships—when people feel seen, understood, and supported without pressure to be “fixed.” I am especially passionate about working with individuals who have felt misunderstood, overwhelmed, or stuck in systems that didn’t fully meet their needs. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build greater self-understanding, resilience, and agency in your life. Therapy does not have to have all the answers right away; it can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with intention.
