> A Note From Megan
Therapy for some can sound exciting, and others understandably nerve wracking. I want you to know that this process is about you, and I will let you lead where you would like to go. Your story matters, and it would be an honor to get to walk alongside you for a time and get to work together on healing. I wholeheartedly believe that the work we are willing to do in our life will not only benefit oneself, but ultimately those around us.
As an Assocate Marriage and Family Therapist, my style leads towards understanding the systems you are a part of and those that made you who you are today. This means I truly believe that ‘No Man is An Island’. Life is done in the context of relationships, and as we all know those can often be messy. My approach involves diving into your story with you, and finding paths towards healing and clarity.
