> A Note From Daniela

As a therapist, healing begins in a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. I strive to meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, or life transitions, you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults and am passionate about helping individuals build emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and a more profound sense of self. Therapy isn’t just about finding answers; it’s a journey to uncover your inner strength, reshape your narrative, and embrace the possibility of healing and growth. It’s a supportive space where you can explore your feelings and experiences with compassion and understanding. – Daniela

Megan Needham, B.A.: Clinical Social Worker Trainee

In her practice, Megan offers a space where authenticity is not just welcomed but encouraged. She believes healing begins when we feel safe enough to show up as we are-strong, vulnerable, messy, or uncertain. At the core of her work is a deep belief that we all long to be seen for who we truly are.

Megan is available for sessions with LMUSD students in-person and via telehealth during the summer of 2025. Please call to see if your student qualifies for free counseling.

> Areas of Special Interest and Credentials

Adolescents, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD

Megan is currently pursuing her Master’s of Social Work through UMASS Global. She holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology. Supervised by Andres Pille, LMFT120685.

> A Note From Megan

I take a strengths-based approach rooted in the understanding that we are not broken, we are resilient and often simply out of alignment with our values. Much of our discomfort arises when our actions don't reflect what matters most to us. Therapy isn't about sudden breakthroughs, but rather small, intentional steps that help us reconnect with our values and move toward a more authentic, empowered life.

– Megan

Hi, and welcome! My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment. I’m here to support you as you navigate whatever life is bringing your way, whether that’s working through challenges, exploring parts of your identity, or finding ways to feel more connected to yourself and others.
